“Service design thinking” is one of the three on-line sessions with a general theme  “Fundamentals of Data Science”.

During this interactive session we look through the eyes of your customers and introduce a customer-centered development of new services. Grounded in academia, we present a mindset and tools that are used by global firms and policy makers. Participants follow a brief version of the innovation methodology developed at the Service Science Factory, with steps of exploring customer needs, identifying relevant trends, ideation of new services, and prototyping new solutions. We especially look into challenges when identifying future business opportunities and detect common pitfalls.
