Can automated systems give good financial advice?

In progress

Meet Robin, age 55. Robin is dreaming about early retirement, but does not know whether this is financially possible.

How nice would it be if this question could be solved immediately, by using an trustworthy, objective, and easily accessible automated financial advisor? However, before this can be developed some challenges have to be solved.

That is why in this project we are looking at:

  • What good financial advice actually is;
  • Which ethical aspects are important;
  • How we relate the advice to specific goals people have;
  • And how complex financial information be communicated understandably.

So future Robins can immediately start making their dreams come true!
